If you are planning to propose this holiday season, the question that matters most is time. Our rings are made to order in Surat, India, and a loose diamond ships much faster. This page shows what is possible and when to order.
- Rings for Christmas: order by November 24. Rings are made to order and arrive in 3 to 4 weeks.
- Loose diamonds for Christmas: order by December 15. Ready-to-ship stones arrive within 1 week.
- Rings for Valentine's Day (February 14): order by January 12.
Option 1: choose a ready design

Option 2: propose with the stone, make the ring after
If the date is too close for a made-to-order ring, or you do not know her ring size yet, start with the diamond. A ready-to-ship loose stone arrives within 1 week. You can have it set into a ring afterwards, once you have the size and the two of you have chosen the design together. Browse loose lab grown diamonds, or see stones under $1,000.
When you are ready, tell us about the ring you want. Custom timelines start once you approve the final design, and are 3 to 4 weeks.
Not sure of the ring size?
You choose a ring size before you add a ring to your bag, and made-to-order rings cannot be returned once made. If you are unsure, write to us and we will help you work it out, or choose Option 2 and size the ring afterwards.
Shipping and returns
Every order ships from Surat, fully insured and tracked, with a signature on delivery. Import duties and taxes are shown at checkout. Read our shipping policy and returns and refunds before you order.
